Intelliaction Inc. is led by Steven A. Gedeon BS, MS, PhD, MBA, PEng, an entrepreneur, venture capitalist and management consultant with international experience from the factory floor to the boardroom. He has experience in every aspect of new company formation and technology commercialization including: research & development, patenting, prototyping, pilot production, manufacturing, strategic partnerships, sales & marketing, operations, IP, licensing, financing, shareholder relations, corporate governance and executive management.

Steve's background includes bringing new products and services to market in 3D, advanced materials, automation, manufacturing, control systems, artificial intelligence, software, IT solutions, ASPs, eBusiness, computers and the Internet. He has worked with various investment banking and venture capital firms and assisted in the due diligence, startup, financing, merger, and turnaround of businesses and products in the US, Canada, and Italy. His business and consulting experience includes:

• CEO, 3DNA Corp. - new media and 3D graphics technology where he led the company through 5 rounds of financing and grew the company into Taiwan, Japan, and the US. Number One download in product category for over 52 consecutive weeks with over 750,000 users, 20 awards, and 60 magazine articles as well as numerous fan sites. Won Third Most Promising Business in Canada. 
• CEO and Chair, Ashurst Technology Ltd. - turned around a publicly-traded multi-national with a technology portfolio including advanced materials, processing and mining operations.
• Director of Technology, Commercialization and New Ventures, Jaycor - corporate venture capital and technology acquisitions in high-tech.
• Startup Team, Primaxis Technology Ventures - seed capital investment firm launched from the Royal Bank of Canada.

Dr. Gedeon has his PhD from MIT in Materials Science & Engineering, his BS in Industrial and Welding Systems Engineering, and his MBA from the University of Toronto.
